interuption

We interrupt this blog with some fantastic news !!!! WE ARE HAVING A BABY !!!!

But fear not we are still heading along the coast towards Spain and will resume normal blogging with immediate effect..

We are now parked up in the concrete jungle of Portimao right next to the Marina and a few hundred yards from the very busy tourist beach Praia De Rocha..
In a nutshell... Kiss me quick hats, Full all day English breakfasts, 25 Paddys Irish bars, Sky sports and Crocs for sale on every corner... also our first proper sighting of Chavs for 4 months.. ( maybe we hoped they became extinct whilst we were away! ) sadly we were very wrong...

Anyway off down the coast a bit further tomorrow... Its still 35 degrees during the day here.. so the coastal sea breeze whilst driving is just enough to keep you cool !!

Southwest tip

Sorry for the lacking of blogs... we've been chilling on the Southwest tip of Portugal for a while in a small town called Sagres...

Basically having fun filled days of empty beaches with amazing waves... nearly everyday has been wildcamping and as usual the very odd visit to a campsite to catch up on laundry and fill the water tanks, From Sagres you have very easy access to some brilliant surf beaches, Mareta, Tonel, Beliche and Ponta Riva to name a few.. Our main overnight parking area is overlooking Mareta beach !! Lots of local cafes and bars in the town and also we've met some really cool people from all around the world!

Anyway sadly we will head out of town early next week and make our way along the Algarve coast into Spain and on towards Gibraltar.. Maybe hooking up with a friend at Circuito De Jerez race track on the way for a few days..

Will try and upload some piccies ASAP and will blog more once back on the road full time
